Orienting to the Rhythm of the Earth

Spring is arriving. Instead of meeting this shift with urgency, we meet it with presence.

In this workshop, we take the time to acknowledge that the wheel has turned. We stop to orient ourselves in the calendar—not as a list of demands, but as the time clock of the Earth.

Winter is ending. We are consciously stepping into Spring—yes, at our own pace, but also with a deep awareness of time passing and the seasons changing.

Rooted Enough to Rise is a space to witness this transition fully. We don’t rush past the threshold; we stand inside it, honoring the ending of one cycle and the beginning of the next with clear eyes and grounded bodies.

Why We Do It Differently

In most spiritual circles, the Equinox is treated as the starting line. But in the body, the Equinox is the threshold. It is the moment of perfect balance between light and dark. It is the inhale before the movement.

In this container, we place the Equinox in the middle (Session 2).

  • We don’t rush from Winter straight into Spring.
  • We take the time to regulate, ground, and stabilize.
  • We prove to your nervous system that it is safe to pause before you choose.

This isn’t about becoming “more sensitive.” It is about becoming more available to your life.

The Flow: Three Sessions of Embodied Integration

The Flow | Rooted Enough to Rise | The Vital Spirit | Laura Rowe

This workshop unfolds across three one-hour sessions, intentionally spaced to allow time for integration and real-life noticing.

Session 1: Let Winter Speak
Date: Tuesday, March 17,2026 | 12:00–1:00pm PT
Before we can rise, we must acknowledge where we have been. We begin by metabolizing the winter as it actually was—not how you think it “should” have been. We drop the spiritual bypassing and let the previous season complete so you aren’t carrying heavy static into the new light.

Session 2: The Equinox Pause (Live on the Equinox)
Date: Friday, March 20] | 12:00–1:00pm PT
Held exactly at the threshold of the season. We focus on balance not as a mindset, but as a somatic state. We orient to the body as the container for your consciousness, creating the stability and safety required before any movement can occur.

Session 3: Emergence With Consent
Date: Monday, March 23, 2026 | 12:00–1:00pm PT
Now, we listen. We close by exploring what wants to rise next—not through cultural urgency, but through intuitive inquiry. We focus on “Just-in-Time” guidance and values-led movement.

How It Works

  • Live Attendance is Optional: You are welcome to join us live for the collective energy, but all sessions are recorded and sent to you.
