Healing is not a straight line; it is a spiral. Mentoring is highly personalized because we must meet you exactly where you are on your unique empathic journey. In our work together, we will navigate through the three foundational stages of growth:
Awakening: The raw, often overwhelming realization that you are navigating a world of energy. Here, we focus on foundational triage—teaching you the energetic hygiene needed to stop acting as a "toxic waste dump" for everyone else's emotions.
Integration: The "messy middle" and the hardest part of the journey. This is where we do the deep, tender work of closing the gap between knowing your spiritual truth and actually living it in your daily life and relationships.
Purpose: The stage where you step into your sovereignty. We work on trusting the "breadcrumbs" of Spirit-led guidance so you can contribute your unique gifts to the world without burning out.
