Entrepreneurs, especially healers, experience an often unanticipated voyage of personal development. The challenges that crop up in building and marketing our business represent our own areas for development, past struggles, and/or insecurities.
This program is for empath entrepreneurs at any stage of business. Whether you are just beginning, ready to reinvent your work, or simply looking for clarity and support during the journey.
Empathic Edge provides a supportive group environment where highly sensitive individuals can learn to implement heart-centered marketing and selling practices that honor their intuitive gifts and align with their professional values.
Participants will explore strategies to protect their energy while making impactful business decisions, develop leadership skills that honor their empathic nature, and learn practical tools for business success.

The Program
Empathic Edge is a group mentoring journey offering tailored video content, mastermind meetings, live co-working with Q&A all offered within the Aligned Journeys Membership community. Empathic Edge Intensive adds 1:1 monthly mentoring.
As an Empathic Edge member, you will gain confidence in your ability to thrive in business without compromising your spiritual values or empathic heart.
My mentoring program is not one-size-fits-all. There are no cookie-cutter solutions. The content is broad enough to allow for individual implementation to be led and directed by your Spirit and your business. This program was designed for healers and creatives who own and run a business as one of their paths to spirituality.
Empathic Edge aims to empower sensitive leaders to create heart-centered enterprises that succeed financially while also contributing positively to the world.
Monthly Schedule and Time Commitment
The only mandatory meeting each month is the mastermind in week two. The rest is optional as your schedule allows. Video content will vary in length but average around 30-40 minutes each month. Some months there will be homework or worksheets but all content is self-paced.
- Week One: New Content released on Aligned Journeys Membership Community
- Week One: Mastermind meeting length determined by group size, 2 hour min.
- Week Two: One hour of Co-working with an additional 30 minutes of Q&A
- Week Three: One hour Member Profile Presentation or Topic teaching/discussion
- Week Four: no meeting
