Mindful Monday 10/01/18
“Spirituality is this deeply held belief that we are inextricably connected to each other by something greater than us, and that something greater is rooted in love and belonging. Some call that God, the Universe, Source, or the Higher Power.” ~ Brene Brown
“Inextricably connected,” when one of us suffers, we all suffer. It has been a rough week. Many people are feeling raw, angry, and emotional. How do we move forward as a society? By remembering our connection and choosing kindness, grace, and to lift up those who have fallen along the way.
We empaths are working through our process of the events of the last few days. Empaths take on a lot of the collective energy and as we work to process our own experience and feelings, we transmute the collective energy we are carrying. This takes effort and energy. It can take a toll on our bodies and our emotions. Take care of yourself first, then from a full vessel, you can help others. Use your tools. Sleep, eat nourishing foods, and continue processing your feelings. Much love to all.
