Mindful Monday 5/1/17

It takes but one positive thought when given a chance to survive and thrive to overpower an entire army of negative thoughts.”   ~Robert H. Schuller

Questions to ask yourself when you have a negative thought.

1. Do you believe this thought?
2. Is it true or false?
3. What will happen if it is true? Or false?
4. Will I or someone else be hurt?
5. Where does this thought come from?
6. Is it mine or someone else’s?
7. What can I learn from this?
8. What do I need to know?
9. What is it trying to tell me?
10. Am I ready to heal/release this thought?

Begin to question your negative thoughts. Just because we think it, doesn’t make it true. Are you ready to release the grip of automatic negative thoughts? You can begin to unwind this pattern by interviewing the thought to learn more about it, where it came from, and whether it is ready to shift.
