It is our resistance to what is that creates struggle. Taking what comes our way and choosing the best option from this new placement, no matter how undesirable, keeps us moving forward on our journey. We stagnate when we refuse to accept the new placement by denying it or wishing it were different.

In mindful surrender to what is, we keep our power over our journey, even during the winds of change when the car breaks down, the deal falls through, or our deepest held dreams go up in smoke.
