Your surroundings…indoor, outdoor, sunny, rainy, hot, what is the closest plant? Go look at it. What does it smell like, feel like, look like?
Your companions…colleagues, kids, spouse, friends. Are you present with them? Find something you admire about them and tell them.
What is happening right now is all we can affect. Now take a slow deep breath and observe the sensations that are most prominent.
Take another deep breath…and another. This is your life, this moment. How do you want to live it?
