Mindful Monday 6/15/15

The practice of mindfulness is about learning to live in the present.

Becoming aware of our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations as they occur.

Becoming aware of what is causing those experiences as it is happening.

Being able to choose our response to our sensations  that reflects what’s in our highest and best, rather than reacting unconsciously using the programs and tapes from our childhood.

Learn mindful presence. Start with the breath. Practice until it becomes a habit.
