Mindful Meditation

Mindful Monday 6/8/15

Just allow yourself to be.

Breathe. Follow your breath with your mind. In and out. That is all.

Don’t “relax.” Don’t “clear your mind.”

Be still. Follow your breath. Follow your thoughts, should they wander. Come back to the breath.

Breathe and allow what is happening to be.
