You found your calling, you went to school for that advanced degree, you worked hard, took on a lot of student loans, took a leap of faith and started your own business. Now you are wondering if you made the right choice. There may not be anything wrong necessarily, you just don’t feel fulfilled like you thought you would. It is harder than you expected to run a business or just different. You still love your work but somehow the business isn’t living up to your expectations. You still want the dream, you still want to come alive. Let me help you align your business with your soul purpose.

“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” ― Howard Thurman

I have been helping out a good friend with her business the last month or so. We used to work together, in fact, it was my last job before I committed to my own business. This time has reignited a spark in me. I had allowed myself to forget how much I love working on small businesses. The strategy, the entrepreneurial energy, and the satisfaction of helping someone who is doing the work of their soul, find the right balance. It has been obvious to me from the start that my friend is living her soul purpose with this business. I enjoy watching her evolution and her long-term success is assured.

So I got to thinking…what would it look like if I chose to consult with small business owners again? Not to get too far off track, but I left the corporate world and consulting very intentionally because I felt I was not living my value system. For instance, the phrase “it’s not personal, it’s business” makes me want to throw stuff, it is so disheartening. Of course it is personal, anything we spend time doing is personal. So how can I come back around and provide a service that would be in alignment with my value system and my soul’s work?

It took some intuitive energy work (thank you Regenia), a little bit of loose inquiry to my higher self, and some time alone at a local taqueria, but it all came together. A program for small business owners who want help aligning their business with their soul’s purpose. People who want help establishing a successful business that serves their being rather than working hard to keep the business running.

I combine my skills in intuitive energy healing, along with my 10 year background in organizational development, to review your business, assess your desires and help you develop a healthy business that will allow you to feel deeply fulfilled and attain success on your terms.

Vital Pulse: A Six Week Soul-Business Alignment Program

Each week, we will meet for 1 (or 2) business alignment session. In these meetings, we will:

  • Look closely at how your business is currently running
  • Review how you think you would like it to look financially and structurally
  • Define your personal goals for how you spend your time and energy
  • Develop a plan for aligning your business to these findings by defining structure, product/service offerings, and processes

And here’s the exhilarating part: Once a week, we will have a one-on-one intuitive energy healing session where we will clear blocks and limiting beliefs around success, money, and self-concept! This piece will allow everything we work on during the business alignment session to be achievable. If you have ever thought, “I love being a blank (designer, acupuncturist, massage therapist, architect, etc.) but I don’t love running my own business,” let me help you make your passion work for you. Let me help you COME ALIVE!
