“Aspects of ourselves die as we spiritually evolve. When we release what no longer serves our highest good, it is creating space for something better. This can be a painful process, it is temporary. Don’t hold onto the old, invite the new. What we resist will persist. Hold the vision and trust the process.” ~ Chantelle Renee
Sometimes it is difficult to let go of aspects of our personality as we evolve and grow. We often feel attached to even the less desirable parts of our personality and saying goodbye to habits, stories, and beliefs can be sad or hard. Trust that you have learned all you can from them. Thank them for the lessons and blessings they have brought into your life. Then release the energy and allow for mindful evolution.
I spent this weekend at a spiritual business retreat. The goal was to reimagine our business–looking at what we do, and who we do it for–by exploring our lives. Five women reviewing the significant events of lives, how they shaped us and our work. It was liberating, emotional at times, enlightening, and inspiring. There have been a lot of changes happening as my business evolves. I have a clearer focus and a new approach to helping my clients. I feel like I left a part of me and my business behind on the floor of our divine retreat space. I am moving forward lighter and wiser, ready to fully embrace the next phase of The Vital Spirit in mindful evolution. More changes and a new healing and mentorship program for lightworkers/healers will soon be announced, stay tuned.
