Allow yourself space to breathe after a difficult loss. You aren’t required to have all the answers. You aren’t required to have it all together. Give yourself room and time to process your feelings without judgment. Grieving is not weak, feeling your feelings takes courage. Everyone grieves differently, trust your experience by allowing yourself to go through the process with an open heart.

Closing your heart off diminishes your experience of life, fight for yourself so you can know true joy and true peace. Mindful forgiveness is a gift to yourself. Whether you are forgiving a person, a situation, or God/Spirit/The Universe.
