How do you tap into your intuition? Through a seated meditation or a walk in nature?

Where do you feel it? Your heart? Your gut? Your throat?

Learning how to tap into your intuition is an enlightening process, following your intuition regularly will change your life. When we form a relationship with our higher self (the source of intuition) and we listen to and follow our intuition, the way you live your life changes. The way you engage in life gets richer, more interesting.
