mindful self-discovery


Mindful Monday 6/1/15

Mindfulness is a path to self-discovery. And sometimes this path is uncomfortable, perhaps even frightening.

This discomfort is only temporary, for each emotion or experience when faced or allowed to be fully expressed, dissipates leaving behind freedom and wisdom.

Don’t let fear stop your progress, it is always temporary.
