Mindful Monday 4/23/15

Aware and conscious. Aware of the moment. Conscious of what you are feeling about the moment. Life contains both happy and painful experiences. Allow yourself to fully experience the spectrum. Negative emotions and experience are a natural part of being human. Embrace them and the look for the lesson they are bringing. The lesson will lead you back to joy and happiness.
